02. Eligibility & Accounts
MyWeaverLabs is not available to persons under the age of thirteen. For professional certifications and billing, you must be at least eighteen years old and able to legally undergo contractual obligations.
03. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to premium laboratory projects and industry certifications is provided through recurring subscription plans. By selecting a tier, you authorize MyWeaverLabs to process periodic charges via your saved payment method.
Note: Fees are subject to adjustment. Users will receive 30-day prior notification regarding any modification to their current subscription pricing.
04. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the WeaverMinds proprietary algorithm, curriculum structure, and brand assets, remains the exclusive property of MyWeaverLabs. However, we respect your creative output:

We hold exclusive rights to aggregated, anonymized test scores and platform data to improve our benchmarking services.
Your Rights
You retain 100% ownership of the original code, graphics, and projects you build while following our curriculum.
